Ben Wills grew up in Marple, a small town outside of Stockport, in the North of England. From a young age Ben had a passion for theatre and performing. After a childhood dominated by a
variety of performances and acting work he embarked on a Drama degree from The University of Huddersfield followed by an MA in Acting at Birmingham School of Acting.
During his time in Huddersfield Ben performed, with great
acclaim, with Brick Wall Ensemble (“The cast are truly creative visionaries” – Sian Dudley Buxton Fringe Festival) as well as
starring in roles such as the titular role in Steven Berkoff’s
Agamemnon and Theseus in Moira Buffini’s Welcome to Thebes. Whilst training at Birmingham School of Acting Ben starred as Will in Jessica Swale’s Blue Stocking, Bertram in All’s Well That End’s Well and Alexander in Martin Crimp’s The Misanthrope.
After Ben has completed his Masters (September 2015) he will be relocating to Manchester.
